partido parejo hasta el desafortunado gol de andres escobar colombia jugo mal tuvo opciones de gol pero jugaba muy hacia la zona central del terreno de juego no jugaba por los costados o muy pocas veces lo hacia y lo mismo que contra rumania fue la efectividad que hizo que los estados unidos ganara el partido y despues lo que todos ya sabemos como termino la historia con andres escobar que si estuviera vivo cumpliria años nacio el 13 de marzo de 1967
