Pero la amenaza no ha desaparecido. Como sabéis, en los últimos meses, Footballia ha estado en peligro de desaparición. Nos hemos protegido mejor para que sigáis disfrutando de la historia del fútbol, pero debido a ello, nuestros gastos han aumentado.

Seem to remember David James got plenty of criticism after this game, but given the awful backpass from Gerrard not much David James could do really.

England could have won this if they weren't too hasty. Lots of times they should have taken the time to create thru the middle, yet they just hoof it particularly gerrard and becks. Becks has never been good at CM, he was carried by madrid at that position. And gerrard don't have a knack to be DM, the penalty was from his terrible backpass
Shocking from Sven here. Scholes is absolutely streets ahead of anything England has at this time in central midfield (potentially the best in world football) and he plays him on the left. He was class in that first half when he moved into central areas, completely dictated the game, but then has to move out wide out of possession to mark Robert Pires. Criminal. Unfortunately the only thing that lets Scholes down is his stamina, he was gone just after half time, definitely not made to be a defensive winger. Subs were shocking also, needed to leave Rooney on as an outlet up top. Heskey and Vassell is no international partnership.
Just watching the game.i was shocked seeing hes on the left from the start. Shows how poor managing this team was. No pace on the wings. Becks played CM in Real Madrid aswell.
