Estos partidos entre estas dos selecciones siempre son emocionantes, aunque no tengan mucha calidad. Esta vez los argentinos pegaron mas patadas que los uruguayos.... Gran partido de Ruben Paz y de Sosa
Notable actuacion de Ruben Sosa, quien fue elegido mejor jugador de esa Copa America de 1989, coronando su gran partido con dos golazos (sobretodo el segundo). Se podria decir que el solo gano este partido ante Argentina
