The only time I´ve seen in my life a team scoring 5 of 5, five goals in five shoots. Liverpool´s smashing efficiency got them the victory. Alavés was better in every aspect but not of this one, and this one was in the end the decisive one. That´s why football is so beautifull. This match had it all, one of the best matches ever played. It is matches like this that made football the greatest sport ever. You don´t see (unfortunately) matches like this anymore, with that intensity. Football has changed for the worse. Today all you see is a thousand passes without going forward an inch. Agressivity (in the possitive sense) has completely dissapeared from football. Thank God we have history.

De los partidos más emocionantes que vi en mi vida... gracias!
Totalmente deacuerdo, una de las finales más emocionantes que se han disputado nunca. Y de cuando aún la UEFA tenía valor y enfrentaba a equipos fuertes de verdad. El Alavés tenía un buen equipo y hacían muy buen fútbol, con un Contra, Téllez, Javi Moreno, Tomic y Jordi Cruyff en el mejor estado de forma de sus carreras. Pero el Liverpool tenía mucha más experiencia y también más equipo. Gerrard, Owen, Hamann, Berger, Fowler, Garrager, Hyppia, Smicer, Westerveld... Buff!! muy buenos futbolístas ahi ¿eh?. Aún así, el Alavés les plantó cara y a punto estuvieron de hacer algo increíble. ¡¡Fue un partidazo!!
